Title says it all. I use the local FIT file for import into SportTracks desktop version. So can this be done with a 920xt+Garmin Express if you sync via wi-fi?
Since the 920XT is a mass storage device and you have access to the internal memory Garmin Express does not save a copy of the files. You can access your activities by opening the Garmin\Activity folder. Once you have the file then you can manually upload it to many different training sites. Each website should have a set of instructions for uploading files if your not familiar with the process.
