A previous post indicated the solution as having Windows assign a drive letter to the ANT. How is this done? Windows Explorer does not see my ANT. Device Manager sees it but can't assign a drive to it.
The ANT Stick is a wireless USB receiver, it is not a media storage device so Windows will not assign a drive letter to it.
Your message states that the ANT Stick is in Device Manager so Windows is detecting the hardware. Which ANT Stick do you have? It will appear in Device Manager as ANT USBStick2 or ANT USB-m Stick.
Do you have any other applications that use ANT running on the computer? Applications like ANT Agent? If so, exit the applications and try again.
Also, have you tried connecting the ANT Stick to a different port? One directly on the computer, not a hub or extension? Is the port a 3.0 or 2.0 port?
If the ANT Stick is still not detected by Garmin Express, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
