Trying to up load a short run from yesterday, which usually takes <1 minute. is going on 20 minutes and only half way done. Watch is a 310xt and is up to date, express is up to date. My wife's watch loaded up just fine...
I am sorry for the troubles. I see the run from yesterday made it to Connect. Please check the Garmin Connect Status page when ever you are having sync issues.
My manual entry items (cycling and elliptical) sync'd just fine, but my 3+ mile run from today won't upload. Is there an issue? I have a Forerunner 15 and I have an up to date Express program installed. Help!
There is not a problem with the Garmin Servers that would affect your sync. It sounds like an issue with the activity file itself.
Please go through the suggestions in the FAQ below. If the Connect accepts the manual upload of the file in the later steps then delete it from the device. Create another test activity and see if that will sync.
What should I do if I am unable to sync my mass storage fitness device using Garmin Express?

As a last resort delete the device from Garmin Express and Connect, restart your computer then add it back again.

The info synced w/ MFP and Map my Fitness, but the info won't show up on Garmin Connect. What could it be? I would like to see my split times on the app, not just on my watch. Why would the app sync w/ MMR and MFP, but the info not post on the your app?
I am sorry for the trouble but you have not answered my question. Don't delete it until you have manually uploaded the file to Garmin Connect. There is a link to those instructions towards the bottom of the first FAQ article.
Yes, I would delete all the activities on the device that you have already uploaded. There is no reason to have them on the device taking up memory when the data is available in Connect or other site. Next, create a new test activity at least 30 seconds long then see if that will sync.
My 910 has taken over an hour to sync tonight. I have only done one activity today since the last sync yesterday, however I know there are a couple of activities from the past few weeks still on the watch. Am I supposed to delete these manually after every sync? Is that likely to be causing such a delay?
