Garmin Express intallation fail !

After downloading the Garmin V4.1.10.0 the installation fail with Error Code 2753, reading the forum it looks a .Net compatibility with my Win7 French version is not up to date .... And surprising Garmin propose to contact Microsoft to solve the problem, Funny! Is to the customer to provide resources to solve manufacturer bugs when we try to update maps ? I know my GPS is hold but still working (unfortunately ! for you) and I pay to get this update for any time my GPS still alive.
Please search for an acceptable answer and solution. Thanks. Vince.

me too

It never installed on my new dell (windows 10). French as well...
I installed ANT+ which works and is better (downloading files without a live internet connection is possible with ANT+ and not with GE)

I am sorry to hear about the troubles installing Garmin Express. I have checked with the French Product Support Team here in the US and they have had no problems installing Garmin Express on computers running both Windows 7 and 10 when they are setup to use the French language.

As a test, if you temporarily change the language on your computer to English, does Garmin Express install? If not, then the language setting is not the reason that the installation is failing.

I recommend contacting Product Support in your area for further assistance in troubleshooting this issue.
