Garmin Express can't find my Forerunner 410

I haven't used my Forerunner 410 for a long time - since the old way of uploading with Garmin Connect. I've downloaded Garmin Express onto my PC, inserted the Ant Agent, which has been recognised by my PC, but it can't find the Forerunner at all. It is switched on, not on power saving mode, is right next to the ANT stick and there are no devices nearby to interfere with it. Any ideas how I can get it to recognise it?

I am sorry that you are having trouble pairing your device. Did you switch pairing on? There are some instructions here: Why won't my ANT device pair with a second computer?.

If pairing is on and the device is still not found, try the steps in the FAQ What troubleshooting steps should I try if I am unable to pair my ANT fitness device to Garmin Express?

If this doesn't solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.

Thank you Jason, it has now connected. Enable was set to no! Oops!
