Hello! I own nuviCam LMT device (City Navigator Europe NTU 2016.10), but unfortunately Garmin Express does not offering me newest map update CN Europe NTU 2016.20. I own also Nuvi 3597 LMT. For this device I was able to update latest map. What could be the problem? I made already factory reset. That did not helped. Is there some update schedule for different devices or something is wrong by my side? Thanks!
I am sorry for the troubles. I believe I found an issue in the database with this device. I have created a ticket on it and it will get looked at tomorrow during regular business hours. This should be resolved a couple of days. You will receive an email to the address in your myGarmin account once this is resolved as well as another post on this forum.
