Garmin express can't upload user setting on Forerunner 310xt

Since a few weeks Garmin Express is trying to update my user settings on my Forerunner 310xt, but he says it has a transmit failure.
Anyone else has problems with this, or is Garmin fixing this problem? It is annoying as my device keeps beeping that it is failing, while i'm actually charging it.

I am sorry for the troubles. It sounds like there is a User Settings item stuck in the Sync que. Clear the Sync items and the transfer error should stop. Login to your account through a web browser then click the Sync icon on the left. Remove any items in the Sync que. If you still need to update the User Settings make your changes then return to the Profile-->Settings menu. Check the TrainingZones section and make sure your Resting Heart Beat is not set to 0. Correct the resting heart rate then you can send the changes to the device. This will generate new items to be synced with the Forerunner 310XT.

If you continue to have troubles I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support by phone.
