Garmin vivofit will not sync

I'm new to Garmin so started off basic with a vivofit. This morning it refused to sync with my computer which is a problem I haven't had before. I am struggling to find any help about how to deal with this anywhere (nothing in the user guide and can't find an answer via google etc) Can anyone help?
  • Did you try rebooting your computer? It's been a while since I have had an issue syncing with Express but I remember rebooting my computer usually fixed syncing issues in the past.

    Hi Phil, thanks for the tip. One of my kids has managed to sort it out!! I think I had the wrong app open.
