I'm new to Garmin so started off basic with a vivofit. This morning it refused to sync with my computer which is a problem I haven't had before. I am struggling to find any help about how to deal with this anywhere (nothing in the user guide and can't find an answer via google etc) Can anyone help?
Did you try rebooting your computer? It's been a while since I have had an issue syncing with Express but I remember rebooting my computer usually fixed syncing issues in the past.

Hi Phil, thanks for the tip. One of my kids has managed to sort it out!! I think I had the wrong app open.
