Garmin Exprese 4.1.8.0 auto delete

how do I set garmin express to auto delete my workouts after sync. this used to be available in old version

The feature to auto delete activities after a successful sync was removed several versions ago. You'll have to manually delete them from the device. This has proven to be the more preferable method for the user to control their own history.
