Never ending synchronization XT910

Hi I have a 910XT running latest Garmin Express.

For some reason, I suddenly cannot synchronize activities to Garmin anymore.

It starts (Transferring Data) but it never ends.
I have tried to uninstall. Installed on a different computer etc. Nothing works.

I have two activities that I really want to sync also,

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices\3861117787\Sync has directories (but they are empty).

There are lots of error messages in the log files:
I would love to share them, but it is not working to attach files(!!!).
I get the error message:

CoreServices.log: Invalid File
Express.log: Invalid File

    Try deleting old data

    I can't update my 910 after i downloaded the new Connect.
    I used to keep my old files in the watch, buty it seem that since the new update, Connect can only upload the new files that were created after the update.

    This is usually a result of some type of corruption in the activity files. If the files will not even come off the watch then the activity will have to be deleted. This is usually just one activity that stops all future activities from transferring. Use the FAQ below to check the location on the computer for files that won't upload. You can add the .FIT file extension to these files then try manually uploading them. If they are rejected by Connect then they will have to be deleted.

    If this location is empty then the activities are not coming off the watch. Delete the first activity after the last sync with Connect then use the resend option on the watch to resend.

    How can I resend my history from my wireless ANT+ watch to my computer?
    support.garmin.com/.../case.faces

    Repeat this until the watch syncs or contact Garmin Product Support by phone so the issue can be given personal attention by the Support Specialists.
