Manually removing files?

I've had to remove and resetup my Forerunner as it was not syncing properly in GE.
Its now syncd but says some files could not be syncd and I might want to manually remove these. If I click on the how to remove files I'm taken to a link that doesnt work:

Thanks - the link was working in FF but not Chrome. I've cleared and temp files and its fixed the issue.
