Error with non-existent files while uploading: "Some files could not be uploaded..."

Dear Garmin,
I did everything I could to reset my device and check for filesystem errors on it (see this thread I wrote)...

But whenever I try to sync my Fenix 2 via Garmin Express an error comes up "Some files could not be uploaded to Garmin Connect" indicating there's a file with an error with a date "3/15/2015 7:13 PM"... but the issue is: there is NO file called "2015-03-15-19-13-00-Run.fit" on my device (see picture attached).

Please help! How can I delete this file if it does not appear in my Garmin device (I deleted all files in the device)?

I am sorry for the troubles. Though this error should identify activities on the device, the file might be in a folder on the computer. Please see the FAQ for the location.

How do I remove FIT files that fail to sync in Garmin Express from my computer?

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Fenix 2. It is possible that the file may have already been removed off of the watch but it is still on the computer. Try the steps in this FAQ:

If this doesn't solve the problem, try looking for any .FIT files on the device that were modified or created on the date/time shown in the error message (you can get these dates by right-clicking the file and choosing properties or set your view in the Explorer window to details). It is possible that it is not an activity so I would check all of the folders on the device. If you find any, post the file names here so we can determine what to do about the files.

    Garmin Support,
Thank you! I did work. I suggest you put this link on the error message in Garmin Express, so the user can solve the issue by himself.
