Hong Kong Garmin Express Server Unavailable

Hi,

Just got a Fenix 3 and try to register via Garmin Express and got the following message

"Device Found

Fenix 3

Serial Number:

We're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time."

Are the servers down? I've download the latest and nothing is block on the firewall.

    I am sorry you are unable to add your Fenix 3 to Express because of a server error message. Our servers are not down so there is some program/setting that is causing this error. Please try the steps in the article ">"What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?"">"What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?".

    That article should solve most server error messages. Please let us know if you still have trouble.
