Express 'looses' usb connection

Sorry about the weird title, but don't know how to better describe this.

Running the latest Express on Windows 10. Have disabled the autostart for express and when I connect my Forerunner 620, I can see all the files in explorer.

When starting Express it finds the device and the files, but eventually 'looses' the usb connection. This happens on both (mine and my wife) Forerunner 620s I have and has not happened before

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Forerunners. I would first make sure that the USB controller drivers are up to date on the computer. I have seen a quite a few driver related issues on computers after updating to Windows 10. If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone as this issue is not something easy to address over the forums.
