I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. Generally if Express will not launch, it is caused by a corrupt config file on the computer. Please follow these instructions:
Press the Windows key + E
Type %localappdata%
Delete the folder named Garmin_Ltd._or_its_subsid
Try launching Garmin Express again
