I just deleted an activity from Connect. How can I upload it again?!

Hello,

I have made a mistake and deleted an activity from Connect.

Unfortunately, although I have it on my watch it seems I cannot upload it again.

Can someone tell me what can I do?

I use Garmin ANT USB and my watch a Forerunner 410.

    If the activity is still on your watch, you can force send the activity and sync with Garmin Express.

    Same problem with this specific activity after force send. Any other option?!

    I have just followed your advice (Select Force Send to set Yes) but unfortunatelly it isn't working.

    I still have this particulary activity on my watch but it just does not upload to my computer.

    Whatelse can I do...?!

    It's my personal best on an half-marathon and I really don't want to loose its record...

    I am sorry for the troubles. If the activity successfully synced from your watch to Connect on this computer their will be a copy of it on your computer. Please see the FAQ: Where are my activity files stored after ANT+ transfer to Garmin Connect?. Once you find the file you can manually upload it to Connect.

    To manually upload an activity:

    1. Login to Garmin Connect Modern
    2. Click the + (plus sign icon) in the upper right corner.
    3. Click Upload your Activitiies
    3. Click the Manual Upload tab
    4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
