administrators are always apsent

Hello everybody,
I face a problem with GARMIN EXPRESS the last few days. The effort to sync my Forerunner 15 with the program always fails due to administrators who are always unavailable. Does anybody knows if there is anything I can do?

If you peruse the posts here in the Express threads you'll see the Garmin team are often here. But apart from this post you don't even seem to have raised any issues?

I think there's a translation issue - I suspect he means "servers unavailable". Again - many threads on this subject.

Thank you for your help.
I couldn't ever believe that the problem with the servers( and not the admins-sorry for the translation) was the wrong time of my pc.
