BaseCamp is 4.5.1, 2D, locked up my Windows 10 Dell Dimension 1470, 8GB memory, laptop. I had to force the laptop off with the power button. Reinstalled and it did the same thing again. This occurred when I started the retrieve data from my eTrex. It worked fine in Windows 7.
