Nuvi 3597LM died

Please move me on - there does not seem to be a forum area for car based systems?

If anyone can help tho - my Nuvi 3597LM has just stopped working completely - one moment it was working in the car and the next - screen blank, no response to "on" switch, nothing from leaving on USB charge over night - nothing at all.

Is this usual ?

Can I do anything with it?
