Garmin eTrex Touch does not connect to BaseCamp Mobile

Hi all.

I have just purchased a Garmin eTrex Touch 35, and try to pair it with BaseCamp Mobile on an iPhone 5s. However the 'search device' utility on BaseCamp does not find the eTrex. Garmin Connect Mobile however does find the eTrex. Is there an issue with BaseCamp Mobile?

When I try the 'BaseCamp Mobile' support link from the app page in Apple iTunes I just get a Garmin page saying 'Nothing found'. I therefore try this forum...

Any help will be appreciated.

I suspect you will need to phone Garmin support. The Basecamp Mobile people are not here. That app has not been updated in years either. I've kind of been hoping that the inclusion of the Touch (Dakota 2...) with BT, would prompt Garmin to add some much needed functionality to Basecamp Mobile.
