Now my BaseCamp is on form, I have routes and trips I want to send to my Zumo.
The internal memory is quite full but can't see the mSD card.
Is it possible to send info via BaseCamp to the mSD card?
Yes it's showing. I had half ejected the mSD card by pushing the rubber waterproof cover in too hard!
I can select to send to it but it will only import if I select Internal Memory.
So I can't see there being much use for the card.
Different devices work differently with sd cards, sounds like your Zumo won't work with trips, routes on the card. Note though they take up very little room so you should be ok. Cards can be used for additional maps and, in your case, with music files I believe.
I was having trouble transferring data to a micro card installed in my Edge705.
I removed the card and put it into a usb card reader and did a complete format using FAT32 then transferred a piece of a topo map and a gpx track as a test.
Plugged the card back into the 705 and the map worked and the track displayed perfectly.
Now I always use the card reader to transfer data to my micro cards.
