Windows 10 update - all maps other than the base map vanished

Anyone else experienced this? Updated to Windows 10 the other day and just loaded Basecamp for the first time since. The only map available is the Garmin basemap, despite the OSM maps I was using still being in the same location as they were before the update. Can't seem to find any way of getting Basecamp to recognise them again without redownloading the installers again
