cannot log into cloud (or myGarmin) - check internet connection

Hi, there.

I can log in fine from two computers fine, but I have one computer where it says it can't log in and to check the internet connection. I know the internet is reachable through that computer because I can browse and send/receive email. I can even open a browser to log into myGarmin on that computer.

I realize that this is probably NOT a Basecamp issue, but I was hoping that someone had some insight into what it could be. e.g., Maybe some firewall issue, something of that nature? Maybe point me in the general direction of a fix?

I would greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions.

This is Bascamp 4.4.7. Please let me know what other information you need.
