BirdsEye frozen?

Stopped receiving data from BirdsEye, files are stuck in the beginning and won't start downloading the images. Is there a way to know the status of the servers?

Subscribed the service 10 days ago and have been using it with no problems until now.

I would suggest backing up your data, uninstalling BaseCamp and reinstalling and trying again. Let me know if this helps you.

Problem solved by itself on the same day, some hours after the mishap. First still got some download failures, but soon after all returned to normal.
