Import Cycle Map US 2015.10 to BaseCamp

Hi all

Sorry for my ignorance and hope you can help me

I have an Edge 1000 with Routable Cycle Map US 2015.10, I would like to have the map in Basecamp whitout having to have the device conected to my laptop I see an option in Garmin express that propably allow me to do so but is grayout.

any Idea how I can transfer the map to my laptop?

That map cannot be imported although there are various ways of not needing your device connected. Copy the .img map file from your device onto a sd card, memory stick or a virtual disk, into a folder named Garmin. BaseCamp will then read the map from there.
