Last week before going on trip downloaded and updated latest BaseCamp, Updated nuvi and got latest maps.
Went on the trip and now I want to download tracks from nuvi to Basecamp but the device is reported as having a "communication" problem and that I need to update software on device.
Did the quick update but there is still a communication problem.
Sometimes when I plug the nuvi in to USB to PC the external memory shows and other times it does not.
If the External memory shows I have two different maps on the nuvi 2015.20 on internal memory and 2015.40 on external memory.
I don't know if the map problem is the nuvi cannot consistently read the external memory or if having two different map versions creates a conflict
Should I have two different maps on the nuvi?
