Started BC this morning to do a new route. It notified me an upgrade was avail so I was dumb enough to download it. Now it won't comm with my nuvi 55. Just got off phone w/Gramin, only way I can send routes now is with these instructions. Hope this helps someone else. About ready to pitch this thing :mad:

To put an MTP device into mass storage mode:
Touch Volume
Touch and hold the upper right corner of the screen
Touch MTP Settings (you may need to scroll down)
Touch Configuration and Settings on some devices before getting the option for MTP Settings
Touch Mass Storage Single Session
Touch Save
The device will now go into mass storage mode when connected. After the initial connection, it will go back to MTP mode when connected again.
