OK ... this one is really annoying me. I feel like I'm doing all the right things, yet I can't get BaseCamp to consistently follow roads. Sometimes it goes "direct", other times it "follows roads", and there seems to be no reason for the differences. I see something about a "Shaping Point, but I can only find a selection to remove it, not create it.
My question is ... "How do I get BaseCamp to follow the roads on a newly created route?"
Is it just not going to do that, and I have to live with it? What use is vehicle route planning if the planning tool won't follow the desired route?
I'm confused.
