Zumo 340 not finding cities

Everything is installed and up to date (Western Europe 2015.40) and when I search for many cities in Malta it does not find it.

When I search others like Pisa it returns US cities.

And how do I upload favourites?

Are you trying to upload favourites from Basecamp? If not what do you mean?

Try Piza if you're after the town in Italy. Not sure about Malta but you need to use the correct spelling.

So it is. Just as he said Pisa didn't work it was all I could think of and I didn't have my device with me. I've just checked and it pops up straight away so unsure why it's not happening for the OP.

Are you sure you have all of the Western Europe map loaded?

Are you sure you don't have North America maps loaded?
