Joining tracks

I have many tracks saved and try to make new ones by splitting and joining. For example track1-> from A to B, track2-> from C to D. I want to join them to get track 3-> from A to D.
But on some tracks base camp connects not B to C, but D back to A (straight line across a map). Track direction OK.

Select them in the order you want them to be joined and that should work.

The same in any order. maybe the problem is that tracks are from different devices and have different data ?

Tracks will still be joined in the correct order if you select them in the correct order and they are in the correct track direction. If they're not being joined correctly one or the other or both are wrong.

I like to do them one pair at a time. Choose a pair and see if they join correctly. If they do not, start again and change the order in the pop-up box. To do this, highlight one of the tracks then click either the up or down arrow.
