Is there a way to join a gap in a trail in Topo U.S. 24k? I've got a map where there is a small section missing in a trail so it won't let you route properly along the trail?
Join the routes then go into route properties and select the point where it won't route correctly. Click the icon bottom right hand side of screen where you can edit, and change the activity profile to direct ... that will produce a straight line between that point and the following one. You can then insert/edit that section as necessary.
