Zumo 350LM Trip Planner Issues

Hi all, been using the 350LM with no issues for the last year or so. I always plan trips in Basecamp and then transfer them to my device and I can then use Trip Planner for navigation.

My problem now is that after transferring the file to the Trip Planner it shows the same trip repeated at least 40-50 times. This happens regardless of whether I do it directly from Basecamp or using the Tracks feature. If I try to transfer a few trips I end up with an unmanagable mess. It's driving me nuts and I can't work out what the issue is.

I've had no problems with the device until now. In desperation I might have to do a full reset.

Would this be an issue to take up with my retailer for an exchange?
