Select Tool (Arrow) not available

I have Basecamp 4.4.6 installed on a Win7 PC. I have the Map Tools visible (View-> Toolbars--> Map Tools). Only the PAN, ZOOM, and MEASURE tool icons are visible, but not the SELECT (arrow) tool. I can get the arrow tool by TOOLS-->SELECT.

Why is the SELECT TOOL icon not available anymore in the Map Tools icon set?

Make certain that View/Toolbars/Show Select Tool is checked (it's close to the bottom of the menu).

Oh man, I was missing that select tool for a while! Must have looked at the View menu several times and didn't see it. Thanks!
FYI - the keyboard shortcut is 'S' to select the select tool. And the 'H' for the pan tool (H=hand) were my favorite shortcuts back and forth.
