Error occuring when adding photos to Basecamp Adventure

I haven't been able to find a resolution on your forum, but when adding photos to an adventure on Basecamp, I keep getting the error message, "An error occurred when resampling photo." I tried renaming all the files into basic numbers and that didn't make a difference. Is there a trick? I would appreciate help on this, thank you.
