I just upgraded to 4.4.6 when prompted, and afterwards was missing some recent tracks. I finally tracked it down to the new version had reset my database location to the default location (Edit / Options... / General / Database Options). I previously had been using a non-default location, and somehow during the upgrade it was reverted to the default. Hopefully this issue can be prevented from occurring in future updates.
