Removing Older Map from BaseCamp and updating with new version

I have two problems that I need help with please.
1) How do I remove older maps from BaseCamp.
I currently have two versions of the same map with different update dates and would like to remove one from BaseCamp. My Nuvi 2757LM has the correct version.

2) Have purchased latest version of CN and when I downloaded the map, it installed directly onto my GPS correctly. I need to install it on BaseCamp to use there, as I plan all my trips on BC, but as I was not provided with an unlock code due to direct installation on the GPS. I am unable to install the map on BaseCamp or to unlock the map on BaseCamp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Delete the map via Control Panel, Unintstall.

2. Use Express and under Advanced Options, select Install to PC only.

Thanks Sussamb, the first one worked.
I am unable to install Garmin Communicator. Have installed it three times and it seems to install correctly each time, but when I log into "My Garmin", I keep getting the message that iI need Garmin Communicator.
For this reason I am unable to download the map that I have purchased.
I run Windows 8.1 and use Mozilla as browser.
