I have a whole bunch of way points (GPX) and the like residing in the User Data area of my 590LM.
They were useful once in guiding me along the correct roads to hotels, etc, when I was navigating via my 550 but somehow I did "the wrong thing" when I changed over from MapSource to BaseCamp and now all of these redundant GPX files have ended up exactly where I don't want them, written to my 590's Internal Storage (hard disc) and I've run out of ideas on how to get rid of them. They'll never be of use to me again, so any thoughts on how I might delete them would be much appreciated.:o
One solution I have thought of is to delete the Current.gpx file in Windows File Explorer and start over afresh but I need advice on whether this is an OK thing to do to do to the BaseCamp program, or not.
