getting rid of mountain (summit) icon

Hi,

is there any possibility of getting rid of the mountain icons showing a summit on my GPSMap 64 and in Basecamp? My Iceland Topo map has them all over (lots of mountains there) making navigating difficult when zooming out a bit.

Reducing the level of detail is not an option in this case. Couldn't find this topic in search, but if discussed already please point me there.

If you're talking about Basecamp then you can adjust what's shown in Edit, Options, Activity profile ... click on Select features to be displayed in the General tab

Thanks for your very quick help. Unfortunately there is no mountain/summit icon in the profile - at least I have not discovered any. Have I missed it?

Deselect Points, Geographic places, Land
