How to convert list of waypoints to "Trip Planner"??

My list / route covers 2600 miles with many stops.
I'd like to convert the list of waypoints into a route with overnight stays and departure times at each waypoint.

It appears as if it can be done with "Trip Planner" but I can't figure out how to convert or import my list into Trip Planner.
Any ideas?

Trip planner would have to be done manually. At the moment there is not a conversion utility to take a list of waypoints and create trips in trip planner.

There are talks of making trip planner easier to use however in the future.

It can be easily done in Streets & Trips. I exported the Basecamp waypoints as a GPX file and then imported the GPX file into S&T.
Too bad I can't export the S&T trip back to Garmin/Basecamp.

Between these two half------ trip planning software's I can almost make a decent trip planner.
Google could crush Garmin if it so desired. If Google ever decided to make a GPS receiver along with a decent trip planner. . .wonder who'd be first in line.

Once again I took a look at BaseCamp in response to a thread. This time to it was to see how to incorporate long distance routing into BC trip planner. Several months ago I had created a short Grand Canyon NP Hermit's Rest rim view 10 stop tram route on the Nuvi 56. The waypoints and tram route somehow got transferred to BC as an entity when I plugged the device in several months ago, and the route file survived. While at the Grand Canyon we ran out of time, so I was unable to ride the tram and have the Nuvi announce each stop to the other passengers.

In creating a multi day road trip in BC I found it necessary to search for and add each tram stop waypoint individually. An automatic 30 minute layover was inserted by BC, so it was necessary to edit the clock down to a more reasonable 2 or 3 minutes per layover.

All in all the trip planning from Southern California to Northern New Mexico including several motels and two National Parks went off without a hitch, although I have still not found my Nuvi 56 for testing. Therefore I do not know if the device is still mine or if it will alter the layover timing. It is really just as easy to plan a trip with the device instead of BC for my purposes, so I may not even try a data export/import exercise with resultant device file housecleaning. Good luck with your learning curve as well.

Not even by holding down the shift key to select a range for routing and then sending the route to trip planner?
