Can not login "enable cloud storage" in basecamp

I am from Turkiye with a few garming products such as fenix, several rino. For long time, I have not sign in to mygarming account or not enable cloud storage in Basecamp pc windows version. basecamp returns with a warning that "id or pswd is incorrect message" . But I can easly login mygarming.com on internet browsers or enable cloud storage in basecamp ipad or iphone applications. These prove that my id and my password are correct. Beside all, I tried this on several computers in several places. Also I tried this in Turkiye, in Germany and Italy during my visits. always basecamp pc version reply as "id or passwrod is incorrect". Is anybody have a solution for this ?

  • I am going to ask a question somewhat out of ignorance... does where you live have internet restrictions of any kind? Others are not reporting this issue.
  • I live in Istanbul, Turkiye. There is not any internet restrictions. I login mygarmin.com on pc or basecamp apps on ipad and iphone. I tried this also on two other countries during my visits. Results were same, no log-in on basecemp. Very strange, I use different pc with different configurations. Plus I opened another account with different name and pswd. I suppossed I am a good garmin customer with many gps and watch units with maps. But not to use basecamp is really very sad. I need solution for this. Thanks in advance.

    Has anyone managed to sign in his account via BaseCamp ?

    I tried with mail address and paswword used my.garmin.com. Did not work.
    I tired username, device id # everytihng fo for my GarminID box. No solution !!!
  • Cannot log into Basecamp with myGarmin account and password

    Here in Manaus, Brazil. Am able to login to myGarmin via the web and make purchases. When I install Basecamp and use the same account ( email ) and password to login, the login is rejected. The message is "invalid input - check your internet connection and try again". The Internet is working fine. I see my colleague from Turkey is having a similar issue.
  • Basecamp Login Failure

    As two users have noted I'm also unable to login to MyGarmin when using the BaseCamp software. I reset my password and it works find when using my browser, but fails when I use BaseCamp. Is there an issue with using a nonMicrosoft browser? I use Firefox on Windows 10 and Ubuntu.

    Also Unable to Connect to Garmin BaseCamp's MyGarmin Server

    I also have the same problem of being unable to log in to the MyGarmin Cloud Server on BaseCamp 4.6.2.

    Tried creating a new Garmin user profile with username and password on their website. I can log into my profile on the Garmin site but I'm still not able to connect to the server through BaseCamp. I keep getting the "Internet connection failed error message".

    Hoping Garmin can sort this issue out soon.
  • This isn't a general issue and is restricted to a few users. To resolve it your best bet is to contact Product Support for a detailed look at your system.

    Garmin BaseCamp Product Support appear to be unreachable at https://support.garmin.com/support/sw/escalateForm.


    Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

    I must add this problem appears to be since I've upgraded to BaseCamp version 4.6.2 as I have already used the Cloud server successfully on previous occasions.
