Usb transfer slow

I have this error: "The device containing Worldwide Autoroute DEM Basemap, NR is connected with limited speed. This may affect the performance of BaseCamp". I have tried also with anoter pc but the error is the same. How can I sove this problem?

You can't. It 'is what it is'. It's not really an error, more of a notification.

I've never seen a device with this cause any problems with Basecamp.

I repeat, it's not a problem. It 'is what it is'. Basecamp works fine with it, even though it states 'this may affect the performance'.

If you access maps from the device then you are limited to USB 2 transfer speeds. This is an irritation when accessing multi gigabyte maps.
