Rino 650..loading birdseye to card . .says no current subscription when I do . .??

Just getting around to redoing some of my images and reloading to a new card in my Rino 650 and having trouble with Garmin not recognizing my device as having a current subscription to birdseye. . ..tried restarting several times. .logged out and back in . .multiple files or just one . .nothing!! . .keeps saying I don't have a current subscription when I do . .. any help here when customer service isn't available over the weekend?? . .what else to try?. . .thanks. .

If you're being told you don't have a subscription but you're sure you do it's possibly a problem with your account. To resolve that you really need to speak with Garmin.

absolutely sure ..I can log in and it shows as active..expires in January . .but when connecting the rino and attempting to load images from my collection in basecamp to it's card it says there is no current subscription. ..is it possible the new card is throwing something off as far as being recognized??. .

..and then I attempt to download new imagery and my subscription is there and works just fine. . but still won't let me upload from basecamp to the Rino. ..geez. .

Please try the new version of BaseCamp and see if this corrects your issue. If not, please repost and we will look further.
