I have recently run into a problem while using Basecamp. When trip planning, I often right-click a map segment and use the 'Find Nearest Places' function. Previously, I was able to filter the results using the drop-down menu. That no longer works. All results are displayed regardless of the filter, and even those results don't really seem applicable. I have just installed Basecamp on a new computer, and downloaded the latest maps. It does not seem logical that this is unique to my machine. Is there some parameter that I need to set to enable the filters to work properly? Am I the only one with this problem?
This problem only occurs when right-clicking the map and selecting 'Find Nearest Places'. Using the Find command on the Menu Bar, and then selecting a specific filter results in the proper info being displayed. This is an acceptable work-around - now that I have read the instructions.
We have had a report of this in the past. I have already opened a case for this. I hope that we get this into the next version. Thank you for the feedback.
