I installed a new disc in my desktop. Reinstalled windows 7 and reinstalled Basecamp. I have access to my old files on the old hard disk but cant find where basecamp has stored the Library data. I have tried copying and pasting the contents of Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\BaseCamp\Database\n.n\TrackSegments into the new database version 4.4. Where else might these files be?
Thank you for your reply. I have copied the 4.2 and 4.3 folders into the database folder with no result - are you saying that I should copy the contents of the 4.2 or 4.3 folders into the 4.4 folder, replacing its files?
