Problems with Etrex 30 after updates

Hi

I've just updated Basecamp to 4.4.2.0 and also my Etrex 30 to 4.10.

Viewing my routes and tracks on my devices internal storage when connected to basecamp I see them listed but once taken off PC and in use I do not see any in the route manager. I transferred a route onto my installed card and now I see the route. It does seem as if the Etrex 30 has stopped being able to pick up my routes/tracks from the internal storage after the update.
I'm using the GPS tomorrow for a walk and will check to see what happens when recording a track.

Hi

Used my Etrex 30 on a walk today with no problems. Recorded a track which when saved onto the internal storage showed up OK and when connected to Basecamp. Before going on my walk I did connect the Etrex 30 to another PC/Basecamp. I copied the route I placed onto my card into the internal storage and when disconnected not only did I have these 2 routes picked up but also 2 other routes that are in my internal storage. Now that only leaves 12 more to get picked up or transfer them to my card.

Can you think of any reason why my Etrex 30 will not read my internal storage correctly? This only happened after the latest update to 4.10

That's a device rather than Basecamp issue. Any time you get strange results after a software update you should first try a master reset:

My Etrex 20 with v4.10 is working as before.
