Basecamp, Birds Eye and Dakota 20

I can't put the birds eye maps on my Dakota 20.
Basecamp tell me "Connect a device that supports Birdseye".
Until last year, my Dakota 20 was compatible.
Now if I go on the Birdseye webpage, my Dakota 20 is not on the compatible device list, I can find the Dakota 10 only.
What can I do?!

Thank you.
I can't renew my subscription to Birds Eye because at the checkout on the Garmin webshop, the compatibility plugin can't find a compatible connected device, so I can't finalize my checkout.

There has been some changes made in our system. At this time please try to re new your subscription this issue should be resolved now.
