Basecamp error or Garmin

I need a little more information. Can you tell me what map you are using, and what version of BaseCamp? Also have you changed anything about the profiles themselves (truck, pedestrian, etc?)?

I did what you said , but it is still the same.
Now, I checked the datas of the trip , and it seems right, even if it is a straight line.
I think , when I make a drawing(the two little feet), and claculate, it does'n show the route, it shows just from the star until the end by a straight line, when I clic twice, it open a other window and de datas are right.
When I use routing, (the green little squares), it shows the route in detail.

I will just use it like this.

What map do you have chosen? If the map is "Global Map" then you cannot route with that map. You will need to use the map on your device or an installed map.

I have the same problem. Route doesn't calculate at all, on different profiles, with red string and error message in calculation window. When calculating, green line goes about a half and then turning red.
I have 3597 with Europe NTU 2015.20 installed by Express both on device and computer (Win7 32Bit) and it selected in Basecamp

And another glitch is serching. When you just start Basecamp it work good.
But after recalculating any route (with error), when you try to search anything with search window (top right corner of program), it will be endless without result (sometimes it find only adventures, without other results). And dot circle in search window rollin'n'rollin, again and again... And you can't stop it by pressing on x near it. Only by closing the search result window at all.

If you are using the 2015.20 Europe map, are you doing this in English or another language?

Windows and Basecamp work on Russian language, but all searches and route points i made on English.
