I'm having problems transferring a planned route from Basecamp to my 2555LMT. I had the Nuvi connected to my computer when I created the route and as best as I can tell the map I'm using in Basecamp is the same as that on the Nuvi. In the Devices section at left of screen it has "nuvi 2555", under that Internal Storage and "CN North America NT 2015.20"; the Maps pulldown has a check by "CN North America 2015.20". I created the route as I want to travel on a trip, and when I try to send to device I get a message "Route(s) sent to nuvi 2555 were recalculated because they were created on a map that is not installed on that device."
How can I get the routes to install on the nuvi so it will direct me on the route I've designed using Basecamp?
