GPSMAP 78sc, send Archived tracks wirelessly

I've got my brand new GPSMAP 78sc for a 2 week kayaking trip, but after a week it somehow got water inside and now it is working, but showing the same error on each start: "xm receiver is not supported". It also does not connect to any PC or Mac via USB, though it gets power through it.
I'm not that concerned about the device, what I need is track data, but apparently I can send only current track.

Is it possible to somehow connect my device to PC or Mac to get the data stored inside?

    The only way I know of is via USB which you say isn't working. My Oregon 450, like your 78SC, can "share wirelessly", but I've never done that. I do know that you can't send data to a computer over the (ANT) wireless feature.

    About the best I can suggest is to try and dry the unit and see if you can get the USB interface working.
