A few weeks ago I sent a track from basecamp to my 350LM and converted it to a route in the GPS which then showed up in Trip Planner. I followed this route successfully with one small deviation. When I deviated off the route the GPS recalculated a new route to get me back on the original route. When I got back onto the original route everything was fine to the destination. Here is the problem. Today I attempted to follow the same route. When I stopped for gas I put the GPS in my pocket but had forgotten to turn it off. When I installed it back in the cradle some other screens were up but I just cancelled them and got back to View Map and my route was still displayed. I don't think that sequence had anything to do with my problem but I am mentioning it anyway. A few miles down the road I noticed that the GPS was displaying my next turn was to put me on the freeway instead of taking me down a small country road that was part of the route. When I got to that road and took it the GPS still kept trying to get me to the freeway. I assumed the GPS was now trying to get me home the fastest route possible and not wanting to take the route I was trying to take. I went back into Trip Planner to see if there was anything like resume but there wasn't. After awhile I canceled trip and tried to restart it. Once I sleeted the trip and pressed GO it asks if you want to go to Begin or End. I tried this but it wanted to take me all the way back to the route beginning or the route end as the starting spot. Two questions. Any idea of why the GPS stopped following my route? Is there any way to pick up a route from some point other than the end or the beginning of the route? Thanks.

No idea, but probably due to you cancelling some of the screens you mention.

No. With trip planner when you start a new route (which is what you then did) you can choose to go the start, end or any intermediate viapoints that are part of the trip. You can't start it from any other point.
